Frederica
Rosé

The Frederica – Rosé is produced from Syrah grapes. Hand-harvested, it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by 6 months of bottle ageing, resulting in a wine with a light salmon colour and an aroma of fresh red fruit, such as blackberry and cherry, with smoky notes also present. On the palate, it shows a balanced, engaging acidity, giving it a long and highly food-friendly finish.
