The Herdade do Perú – White This wine is produced from hand-picked grapes, followed by complete destemming and gentle crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and aging on the lees until bottling. The resulting wine has a bright straw-green color with intense notes of yellow stone fruit and a floral finish. On the palate, the freshness and volume of the wine are well-noted, leading to a long and intense finish.
