The Herdade do Perú Private Collection – Branco Produced from hand-picked grapes from previously selected plots, fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, this wine has a bright straw-green color. The nose reveals lots of white flowers and white plum aromas, with notes of vanilla, spices, and graphite from barrel aging. On the palate, it is very fresh with well-balanced wood notes that complement the white fruit and characteristic Arinto acidity. The finish is long and characteristic of the region, with great density and acidity.
